 All email messages are automated so that I am able to group emails sent to me neatly. This also helps me see your email so I don't miss any questions or feedback. I am only one person so please bare with me, I will reply to you when I can. I may reply Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays (hours do vary on Fridays). Responses do get sent in under 48 hours unless there are many emails. Replies are answered by whoever sends first.
